Right of withdrawal and return
If you, as a consumer (not a business), make a purchase online, you can always try the product for 14 days. If you decide within 14 days after receipt that you do not want the product, you have the right to cancel your order without giving any reason. You can read this in the General Terms and Conditions of the provider of the product, which you can see before you make the order and which you receive with every order. Here you can also read how you must register the product for return. You must always deal with your return directly with the provider, in accordance with the terms and conditions and instructions of the provider.
You have at least the following rights (and obligations):
- You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason. After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping. Only the costs for return from your home to the provider are for your own account. If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and packaging will be returned to the provider. To make use of this right you can contact the provider. They will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registering your return, provided the product has already been received in good order.
- For custom-made products that have been made according to the specification you specified, the right of withdrawal does not apply. The sale is therefore final after successful payment.
- With sealed products you also have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason, provided that the seal has not been broken. If the seal is broken, your order will be definitive and can no longer be returned.
You can use this Revocation form for your returns.
